EMAR Group Growth Activities
Required foreign workers in the recession
Recent global economy recession seems to take away lots of job opportunities. Non-Japanese workers, however, are required in the field of manufacturing, farming, nursing and high-skilled occupation. We have received positive feedback from our partners telling that they are more competent than Japanese workers.
EMAR Group Feature ~ Japanese Technical Intern Training Program
EMAR Group has an association called “Kanto Engineering Cooperative Society” authorized by four Japanese ministries as a function of accepting overseas trainees. Through this association, young and energetic trainees come from Vietnam. They receive training such as welding, steel pressing, window sash construction for buildings and machine maintenance. Especially welding is one of the least popular jobs within Japanese labor market and it is difficult to fill in the openings. Contrarily, the trainees study hard to learn the required skills, which brings high reputation from our partners telling that they are much more willing to work than Japanese at their same generation.
EMAR Group Feature ~ Complete outsourcing by hiring Japanese-Brazilians
EMAR Group has been driving the whole contract business in the manufacturing industry since its establishment to resolve the year 2009 problem which was raised in Worker Dispatching Act.
Having difficult restructuring experiences in the recession we focused on having contract business rather than temporary staffing, which can be easily cut when the economy is struggling. We seek for the manpower in Japanese Brazilian labor market. They are cheerful and active and always work with hungry spirit. They will be high potential workforce taking responsibility in the manufacturing industry by receiving enough training opportunities for Japanese skills, employee guidance and safety and health education. We have proved that they improve our partners’ productivity and quality resulting in their positive feedback even under this economic recession.
High-skilled foreign workforce
EMAR Group invites non-Japanese engineers to dispatch them to our clients. The company founded EMAR Vietnam Co. Ltd. in Ho Chi Minh and recruit new graduates from local universities. We continue to support them to provide CAD training and Japanese language skill training.
We are an expert organization of non-Japanese labor management
We have received concerns how to work with non-Japanese speakers with different culture.
We have expertise in management to meet our clients’ needs and manpower covering the whole labor management of our non-Japanese workers.
Our capable Vietnamese and Japanese Brazilian staff visits the manufacturing plant to see the production line and allocate workforce to each manufacturing process, which brings the high productivity. There are many non-Japanese workers with multiple functional skills and they produce better performances with good quality in a short time compared to Japanese operators. Also we have workers who are capable to handle ISO and JIS for the regulated manufacturing plants.
We have been making breakthroughs in the area of manufacturing industry
The era of diversified working force is around the corner in Japanese manufacturing industry. EMAR Group concentrates our skills and manpower to increase our productivity with our goal to become OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).
