Hideki Hayasaka, CEO of EMAR Group
Born in Oyama-shi in Tochigi, September 1st 1965. In 1999, he founded EMAR Co., Ltd. providing integrated human resource services aiming its venture business growth in his hometown. In 2005, EMAR Vietnam Co., Ltd., an IT company was founded as 100% Japanese owned in Vietnam, which is the first overseas company of the group. In 2007, a temporary staffing company, KAISHIN Co., Ltd. and Kanto Engineering Cooperative Society which was authorized by 5 Japanese ministries were founded. The following year, 2008, he established another human resource services firm, InterCareer Co., Ltd. located in Nagoya. Then 2009, the second Japanese enterprise in Vietnam was established as Blue Dragon Construction Co., Ltd. This company focuses on a new business of Japanese home building and real estate investment in Vietnam.
In November 2011, KAISHIN Staff Co., Ltd. (former KAISHIN Co., Ltd.) and EMAR Tokai Co., Ltd. (former InterCareer Co., Ltd.) were established with the support of CEO.
For his personal information, he is third “dan of jujutsu*” and holds monthly martial arts community meeting.
He likes to read “manga”.
