We are always seeking opportunities to train operation leaders and staff including safety and health training at manufacturing plants. We have also adopted Toyota method, “KAIZEN” for continuous improvement.

Transition to outsourcing from temporary staffing

To deal with problems including revision of Dispatch Workers Law, which forbids sending temporary workers to manufacturing factories, we propose “best fit” outsourcing services by enhancing the following three crucial actions.

  1. Compliance and its structure establishment (manual and audit)
  2. Services with effective SQCD(Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery)
  3. Enhancement of training
Efficiency of transition to outsourcing
  1. Cost savings for manufacturing in terms of manpower expenses and payroll management
  2. Flexible and proactive workforce allocation for production volume changes.
  3. Independent high performance for manufacturing process with loyalty to our partners in QCD (Quality, Cost and Delivery).  We promote training for leaders and multi-functional skills to strengthen our teams.
  4. Effective manpower allocation to allow our partners’ staff to focus on their own responsibility.

Voice from clients

“I did not know that they had such a high skill of welding.  They have also good motivation to work. I wish they stay in Japan and keep working with us.  I must say that Japanese young people need to learn their working attitude.
